The Boxing Betting Tipster Review Betting Gods

The Boxing Betting Tipster is a relatively new sports betting tipster service which is operated by the Betting Gods group and involves betting on boxing. Selections come courtesy of a tipster referred to simply as Mike.

What does the product offer?

Having had a quick look over the sales material for The Boxing Betting Tipster, I cannot help but be a little bit impressed with what I have seen. Obviously this is a niche service (something I will explore in greater detail below). It doesn’t however mean that The Boxing Betting Tipster is worthless and if I am honest, I think that we need more of this kind of betting service. It certainly opens up a new angle on your betting portfolio. One that if I am honest, I hadn’t ever considered before.

Given that this is a Betting Gods product, there really isn’t too much that the tipster stable have to say in terms of The Boxing Betting Tipster. There certainly aren’t any ridiculous headlines. All that they really say is that given everything “[The Boxing Betting Tipster] is mightily impressive stuff”. This is of course entirely subjective and with that in mind, I want to take a good long look at The Boxing Betting Tipster.

It may come as no surprise to anybody who is a fan of boxing that a tipster service based around the sport simply can’t function in the same way as most. This means that the frequency of bets that you can expect to receive is minimal although there will often be multiple bets on one fight. These are sent out  via email on Saturdays between 10 and 11am as well as being uploaded to a special member’s area and the Betting Gods app.

I have touched upon the fact that bets aren’t sent out very often, but it is also pointing out that The Boxing Betting Tipster rarely has a high volume of bets too. In fact, there monthly average is just 5-10 selections. The bets that you are placing are rather varied and involve picking a winner, a round for a fight to stop as well as the reason for stoppage. This is all very interesting, especially as somebody who hasn’t really bet on boxing before.

Numbers wise the staking plan for The Boxing Betting Tipster is as varied as everything else that the service does. Typically speaking you will only be staking between 0.5 points and 3 points although on occasion The Boxing Betting Tipster does get as high as 5 point bets. This doesn’t seem to be the end of the world however and from what I have seen, these larger bets tend to be attached to bets where there is a strong favourite.

In terms of the strike rate for The Boxing Betting Tipster, this works out at an average of 30.77% over the course of this year. Whilst it doesn’t look the best on paper, I think that this is a very respectable figure all things considered.

How does the product work?

Rather unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of information divulged on what the selection process for The Boxing Betting Tipster entails. We are simply told that Mike is selective when it comes to identifying his selections. This would typically bother me more however the Betting Gods team have a very strong track record when it comes to what they offer. Keeping that in mind, were The Boxing Betting Tipster a duff product, I don’t believe that it would be offered as a part of the line up.

What is the initial investment?

There is just one option if you want to sign up to The Boxing Betting Tipster which is to buy into selections for the whole year. Normally I would be against this approach however you will only pay £59.95 for this access. Furthermore, there is a 30 day trial available which costs just £1. The icing on the cake lies in the fact that the Betting Gods group offer a 30 day money back guarantee as well so if The Boxing Betting Tipster isn’t for you, you aren’t left out of pocket.

What is the rate of return?

The Boxing Betting Tipster has been proofed with the Betting Gods since January this year and during this time it has averaged just 4.8 points per month. This doesn’t sound like a lot however as is pointed out in the sales material for the service, hits is based on just 5 to 10 bets per month which means an ROI of 25.02%. This is a very strong figure and compared to the investment represents a decent return.

Conclusion

I always feel that there are some sports which are oft overlooked when it comes to the tipster market and boxing is one of them. Don’t get me wrong, I can understand why. Bets are never going to be common and truthfully, sometimes finding bookies with a decent offering on the sport can be difficult as well. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be making money from it however.

The fact is that The Boxing Betting Tipster isn’t a service that is supposed to blow your betting world wide open. There is a clear claim of small and regular profits and everything that has been done to date suggests that this will continue for some time. I can’t help but feel that this would slot neatly into most wider betting portfolios and this is exactly where it belongs. I also think that it is important to highlight how great the value for money that The Boxing Betting Tipster has achieved is.

As somebody who looks at tipster services, gambling systems etc. as much as I do, it is always refreshing when I get to see something that is new and Betting Gods have put this on offer. There isn’t really a lot to say and I mean that in the most complimentary fashion. This is a service that has a clear aim and it achieves it well. With that in mind I am quite happy to recommend The Boxing Betting Tipster as being worth a serious look.
