2020 Racing is a horse racing tipster service that offers a variety of different tipping services. Having looked at the backing services I am now looking at their laying service.
What does the product offer?
As I mentioned in the backing services review, 2020 Racing is broken down into 4 different services. Today I am focusing on the laying services and what is involved etc. First and foremost it is worth saying that as with any lay betting service, you will need an account with a betting exchange and as with most tipsters, 2020 Racing recommend using Betfair which are arguably the largest and most well known example. There are two lay betting services offered through 2020 Racing which are the 2020 Racing 240 Lays and 2020 Racing 360 Lays services. They are named after the number of days that you will receive selections with the 240 Lays service just covering the flat season. Talking numbers, 2020 Racing 240 Lays is the more selective with 433 bets to the 360 services 779. Both have achieved a strike rate of around 90% so far for 2015.
How does 2020 Racing – Laying Services work?
2020 Racings selections are based around a piece of software that uses “tried and tested” selection methods to maximise profits. This software is comprised of two different parts with one analysing races to see if they are suitable and the second analysing whether or not any horses provide value. These are then used as the basis for 2020 Racings tips. There is also additional criteria with lay betting that ensures that you are not laying outside of your price range.
What is the initial investment?
2020 Racing 240 Lays is available or £29.95 per month whilst the 360 Lays service is a little more expensive at £44.95 per month. Alternatively, you can get both packages for £64.95 per month. They are also available as part of the full 2020 Racing Package which is available for £120 per month, £295 per quarter, £526 Bi-Annually and £895 per year. There is no money back guarantee offered but this is generally standard for a tipster service.
What is the rate of return?
One of the lay betting services that 2020 Racing offers has done significantly better than the other and that is the flat only 240 Lays service. To advised stakes it is showing a profit of 61.5 points for 2015 (albeit with 2 losing months) whilst the 360 Lays service is currently showing a 28.66 point loss to advised stakes.
Conclusion on 2020 Racing – Laying Services
Despite the large number of services that 2020 Racing offer it is clear that there is only one that can be seen as a real winner and that is the 2020 Racing 240 Lays Service. The profit is not outstanding but so far has shown all the right signs of being pretty consistent and that is the most important thing. What really jumps out about 2020 Racing 240 Lays however is that because of the high strike rate, I can see it being something that could work with a bot therefore taking out what little work there is. The 360 Lays service lost out last year and it looks like it’s going the same way this year too. As the more expensive option of the two this simply isn’t good enough.
