A Punters Analysis is a new horse racing betting system and tipster service from Gregory F Philips. It claims to have discovered a new way of identifying winning horses that can produce substantial profit.
Introduction to A Punters Analysis
I hear a lot of big claims when it comes to betting, from that one guy down the pub and his “one that got away” (honestly, he was only one horse away from a 10 fold accumulator coming in and a million pound win), to tipsters who apparently have all of the top trainers on speed dial.
What becomes important in my line of work is learning how to separate those who really are in the know and those who are blowing smoke up your ass. All of this ties into A Punters Analysis because Gregory F Philips makes some very interesting claims about his system and discovering new angles on betting.
So much so that the sales material says “I Believe I Have Found Such An Angle When I Discovered A New Analysis Phenomenon!”. The interesting part here is the reference to a new method of analysis, so with that in mind, I am keen to see whether or not Gregory F Philips can deliver.
What Does A Punters Analysis Offer?
There are two different aspects to A Punters Analysis and I want to try and talk about them both. First of all there is the system itself. This is what I would consider to be the guts of the service, and ultimately, it is what Gregory F Philips is selling.
It is however just one piece of the puGregory F Philipsle. What is also mentioned is a tipster service which is sold as a part of A Punters Analysis. This is based off the selections that the aforementioned system utilises.
So, what do you get from the system side of A Punters Analysis? When you make your purchase you are emailed a PDF which details how Gregory F Philips finds his selections. This is reasonably well written and presented and taken solely on face value, it is a decent enough thing.
Unfortunately, I am less convinced by the content inside of it. A Punters Analysis seems to be rather rambling and I do believe that it is nowhere near as concise as it could be. This makes it somewhat frustrating to follow and occasionally difficult.
The second aspect of A Punters Analysis eliminates the need to follow along with the system by simply providing you with Gregory F Philips’s owns selections. Unlike a lot of tipster services, these aren’t issued to subscribers but are instead uploaded to an online portal.
This isn’t necessarily a problem, but it is a long way from the convenience of an email that is waiting for you each morning. On top of this, anybody who is used to a high quality tipster service will be disappointed by how stripped back the tips side of A Punters Analysis is.
But bluntly, there is a lot missing from the tipster side of things. Gregory F Philips has no real staking plan in place which is problem number one.
I am willing to accept that the focus here is on the system, but if you are going to offer something, you should at least commit to providing the bare minimum. It is also interesting to note that there is no information provided either. A Punters Analysis comes with no strike rate information, details of bets or proofing.
How Does A Punters Analysis Work?
Because A Punters Analysis is ultimately a betting system, I am loathe to go into too much detail on how things work. There is however some information that I think it is fair to provide without giving the game away. Essentially, Gregory F Philips claims that by looking at pace, you are able to find the best winners.
In fact, the sales material for A Punters Analysis even says that “Pace Wins The Race”. What this translates to in real terms is that horses are prominent or leading in the early stages of a race are likely to win. This is combined with consideration of a few other factors in order to identify winning horses.
Whilst it is an interesting approach however, I don’t believe that A Punters Analysis is necessarily substantially better as a result of this than any other given system on the market.
What is the Initial Investment?
There are three options if you want to buy A Punters Analysis. The first of these is simply buying the PDF of the system outright. In order to get this, Gregory F Philips is asking a one time payment of £27. Alternatively, you can sign up to receive access to the tips.
This is priced at £27 and is apparently for an indeterminate amount of time. Alternatively, you can pay £37 and receive both the tips and the PDF of A Punters Analysis.
If you choose to buy into A Punters Analysis in any capacity, it is worth noting that Gregory F Philips is selling the service through Clickbank. This means that there is a full 60 day money back guarantee in place, even if this isn’t really mentioned.
What is the Rate of Return?
One of the things that is very interesting about A Punters Analysis is that there are no specific claims made in terms of the income potential. It is strongly implied that Gregory F Philips does well enough off it, but the only number that is explicitly mentioned is that he has supposedly made “thousands of pounds”. This does not bode well for A Punters Analysis in my book.
Conclusion on A Punters Analysis
I want to start by talking about the system that is included with A Punters Analysis. I feel that ultimately, this is what you are buying into here as even the selections that are advised through the tipster service could arguably found yourself.
As is the case with so many betting systems, I can see how A Punters Analysis is supposed to work. On paper, it looks OK and makes a certain kind of sense. Unfortunately, I believe that you are led to this and the reality is that you will probably struggle to practically make any money here.
This ties in rather neatly with the tipster side of things as I believe that the fact that Gregory F Philips is unable to talk about profit and loss is rather telling. I know that people get involved with betting for a number of reasons, but the main one is to make money.
Nobody wants to lose and it is Marketing 101. You have to tell people what you can offer in order to sell them a product. Whilst I can appreciate that A Punters Analysis isn’t particularly expensive, I don’t believe that you are even getting value for money here as I can’t really see an upside.
Put bluntly, this is enough to put me off A Punters Analysis entirely however that isn’t even the whole story. The marketing for A Punters Analysis doesn’t say a lot and as such, I consider it to be my job to find out as much as I can. In this particular case, the evidence that exists in the background is pretty damning.
The fact that Gregory F Philips isn’t a real person doesn’t really surprise me. A worrying number of services these days are put out by marketers that are selling a story rather than anything genuine. In the case of A Punters Analysis, it is the marketer who is selling the service.
I don’t want to go into detail here, but they have put out a lot of products over the last few years. These have all been in a variety of niches and appear to mostly serve to line their pockets. This leads me to believe that A Punters Analysis is the same and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the system behind the service is a rehash of something that didn’t work 5 years ago.
This is definitely one to avoid.
