Bullet Response is a new product from Satish Gaire & Ankur Shukla that the pair claim will allow you to massively boost your sales and leads by putting a chatbot on your Facebook Fan Pages.
What does the product offer?
As I’ve touched upon Bullet Response is a chatbot and according to the headline for the software, it is capable of “generating UNLIMITED leads & sales from Facebook Fanpages”. This is certainly one hell of a claim however rather disappointingly; I don’t think that there is really any truth to this. For those who aren’t familiar with the concept of chatbots, they are designed to simulate a conversation with a real person.
In the case of Bullet Response, Satish Gaire & Ankur Shukla say that by having visitors to your page interact with this chatbot they will feel more engaged by you and your product and therefore more likely to buy.
Satish Gaire & Ankur Shukla also say that Bullet Response can help you to build your list by allowing users to subscribe directly through your chatbot. Also included as a bonus are a number of additional products which are mostly focussed on Facebook marketing.
How does the product work?
Behind the scenes Bullet Response is built on an “artificial intelligence” bot called BulletBrain AI. This chatbot can be programmed and also allegedly learns your business so that its interactions with customers are as beneficial as possible. All you have to do is connect Bullet Response to your Facebook page, add keywords and relevant responses and “feed” the software relevant links, products etc. That way, as people “talk” to your chatbot it will select the most relevant response to help them.
What is the initial investment?
There are two options if you want to buy Bullet Response. The first of these is a 10 Fan Page license, the other is an unlimited Fan Page license. At the time of writing, the 10 page license is being sold for $27 whilst the unlimited license is available at a discounted rate of $29.95 down from a claimed real world value of $67 (despite the fact that the next price raise is $37).
There is a 30 day money back guarantee however you will have to deal with Satish Gaire & Ankur Shukla in order to claim this.
What is the rate of return?
There isn’t really any advertised rate of return for Bullet Response and the fact is that this is more of a tool than a direct money making product. That having been said the claims of unlimited leads does suggest that there is a substantial income to be made.
Conclusion
Whilst I can see the appeal of Bullet Response and I think that there are definitely some people who would get something out of it, for me it isn’t really a chat bot as such.
Whilst a real chatbot learns from interacting with users, Satish Gaire & Ankur Shukla have put together more of a dialogue tree. What this means is that you are setting your bot up to respond to certain words and prompts.
This does however mean that you may find your customers becoming disillusioned if your bot can’t help them. Ultimately, I think that Bullet Response is of limited use to some niches and may have some place if you can get it at the right price but that’s about it.
