Elite Racing Review by Larry Taylor

Elite Racing claims to be Australia’s leading racing consultancy and is operated by Larry Taylor. As you would expect the service is focused on Australian horse racing.

What does the product offer?

Put bluntly there is a hell of a lot on offer with Elite Racing providing a massive range of services to subscribers. Allegedly started in 1987 Larry Taylor has been operating the service for an astonishing 28 years during which time it has grown exponentially. As a service any selections from Elite Racing are sent out via SMS, email and are also uploaded online.

There are currently a number of different strategies in place with the one that most users utilise being the “D9 Betting Strategy” which also has its own offshoots.

There are also “Uber Bets” which Larry Taylor says will be considered the “main strategy” for Elite Racing. Each of these come with their own strike rates and staking plans as well as numerous other tweaks which makes breaking the numbers for Elite Racing down a rather difficult thing to do.

To paint a rough picture, the strike rate for most of the strategies range from 80% (backing the top 5 rated) to 44%.  Also included are ratings, speed maps and a number of strategies that you can employ yourself.

How does the product work?

This does vary from strategy to strategy but put simply, there is a lot of thought goes into each bet. Elite Racing uses a number of different approaches as well as their own rating systems and a knowledge of tracks that Larry Taylor says is second to none.

Elite Racing does go into much more detail on their site however there is far too much information to relay here. One of the key focuses with Elite Racing as a service however is getting top value bets.

What is the initial investment?

There are a number of “outright payment” options for Elite Racing starting at $189 (AUD) (this works out at around £92 at the time of writing) for 1 month going all the way up to $2,990 (£1,451) for 5 years. It is clear however that the preferred package is an $89 (£43.20) per month subscription fee which does come with a minimum term of 6 months.

What is the rate of return?

Ultimately this will depend on how much you are betting and which strategies you are following. To give some idea however, testimonials range from an 88% ROI in a single day to making $17,000 in a day (however there are no staking plans detailed).

Conclusion

Elite Racing is sold as being a cut above other systems and to some degree, I can believe this.

It is clear that Larry Taylor and his team have a very firm handle on Australian horse racing however this isn’t the be all and end all. For Aussie bettors this is one of the best looking options I have seen and the focus on domestic betting will be a huge boon.

For the UK however there are plenty of services which are much easier to follow due to both the time difference and the fact that Elite Racing isn’t set up in a typical fashion for a tipster service.

That having been said, if you do want to trial it for 6 months the monthly costs are in line with a premium UK tipster service.
