Football Betting Expert is a new to market horse racing tipster service which is being offered through the Betting Gods platform. Selections come courtesy of tipster Yasheel.
Introduction to Football Betting Expert
As always, I get to open my look at Football Betting Expert by talking about the Betting Gods. Their involvement is generally a pretty good indicator that what you are signing up to has a minimum standard of quality.
I know that Darren (the founder of Betting Gods) really puts his tipsters to the test. You don’t really see services being released off the back of a few good results and as such, there is always an element of quality.
With that out of the way, what exactly are you getting yourself into? The short answer is that you are getting a refreshingly competent looking football tipster service. Honestly, Yasheel has produced some very solid results, and that is a surprisingly difficult thing to do.
So, with the football season about to kick off here in the UK (or kicking off, in the case of some of the lower leagues), now is a great time to start looking at a football tipster service. The question is, should Football Betting Expert be the one that you choose? Let’s have a look and see.
What Does Football Betting Expert Offer?
First things first, I want to talk logistics. Whenever it comes to the Betting Gods stable of tipsters, they have a very specific method of operation and that is no bad thing. What you get from Yasheel are near daily selections (something which is a bit of rarity when it comes to football betting) covering a number of different European leagues and cups.
When selections for Football Betting Expert are made available between 8.30am and 10.30am, they are issued in a variety of ways. First of all, you will receive an email (including one notifying you of no bet days), they are also made available in a member’s area on the Betting Gods website, and finally, they are made available on the Betting Gods app (which is available on iOS and Android).
In terms of the bets themselves, this is an area where Football Betting Expert is massively varied. I have touched upon the fact that you will be betting on different European football, ranging from games in Israel and the lower English Leagues, all the way to elite European football in La Liga, Serie A, and the Bundesliga.
Another area that is hugely varied is in the bets that you are placing. I will get to this massive variety, but one thing that I think it is quite important to consider is that you will often be asked to place multiple bets on the same game. As such, whilst Betting Gods’ proofing for Football Betting Expert can look a little overbearing, it is actually a pretty manageable service once you know how to place all of the bets involved.
With that having been said, there are a lot of different types of bets that you will be backing if you follow Yasheel. You can expect to back teams to win, back a massive variety of goals markets, Asian Handicap bets, results at half time and full time. The list goes on. As well as this, there are also frequent smaller accumulators.
All of this covers a huge range of odds, typically ranging from less than evens, going all the way up to double digits. By and large though, you shouldn’t come into Football Betting Expert if you are looking for huge wins to boost your betting bank. The name of the game here is clearly consistency with the average odds working out at a very modest 2.52.
If there is one thing that does stand out to me, it is the staking plan that is in place. Now, Betting Gods don’t really have a lot to say about this, but it is something that following a look through the proofing, immediately stood out to me. Stakes are advised at anywhere from 0.5 points, going all the way up to 5 points on a bet.
This means that even though Football Betting Expert is a relatively low volume tipster service, your stakes can quickly start to add up. With this in mind, you would expect Betting Gods to recommend a particularly robust betting bank, however just 100 points is advised as a starting point.
I put a lot of this down to the fact that Yasheel has actually got a surprisingly reasonable strike rate for Football Betting Expert. Looking through the proofing, I didn’t really know what to expect, especially with so many accumulators. The final result however is a pretty darn respectable 46.14%.
How Does Football Betting Expert Work?
In terms of what the selection process entails for Football Betting Expert, you don’t typically get a lot of information when it comes to Betting Gods’s service. In this case however, we are given at least a little bit of insight. We are told that “An expert [Yasheel] has analysed all the team stats, form, and betting opportunities”. This isn’t comprehensive, but it is enough.
With that said, I know that Darren of Betting Gods puts his tipsters through their paces. As such, if there wasn’t some reasonable approach behind the service, it wouldn’t be being offered. This offers some decent peace of mind.
As well as this, it is important to note that there is a very comprehensive spreadsheet proofing Yasheel’s selections for Football Betting Expert going all the way back to the January of this year. As such, you can look at this and get a very reasonable idea of what to expect from the service moving forward.
What is the Initial Investment?
If you want to sign up to Football Betting Expert, Betting Gods have 3 different options available. The first of these is a monthly subscription which is priced at £29 per month (plus VAT). This is the cheapest option in terms of your outlay.
There is also a quarterly subscription which is priced at £79 (plus VAT) which represents better value. Alternatively, you can sign up for Football Betting Expert on an annual basis for a cost of £279 (plus VAT) which represents the best value, despite the larger outlay.
It is also worth noting that your first 7 days will cost you just £1 on a trial basis. Furthermore, as is the case with all products from Betting Gods, there is a full 30 day money back guarantee with Football Betting Expert should you find that the service isn’t for you.
What is the Rate of Return?
In terms of the income potential, Football Betting Expert looks pretty good really. Since January, there has been a profit of 237.1 points. This is a very respectable number from Yasheel. Now, I feel that it is quite important to keep in mind that the staking plan does mean that these results are somewhat inflated to a degree.
For the best possible context when it comes to the income potential, you need to look at the ROI. This stands at a figure of 13.43% which is… Well, it’s certainly not bad by any stretch of the imagination. It isn’t necessarily the strongest figure that I’ve ever seen either. All of this is only one part of the bigger picture though.
Conclusion for Football Betting Expert
As I said in my introduction, Football Betting Expert looks like a decent football tipster service, and having been over everything, I am somewhat inclined to fundamentally stand by this. Now, that doesn’t mean that Yasheel has put together a flawless system with Betting Gods, there are some things that I would argue are somewhat negative, but these are mostly outweighed by positives.
So, starting with those negatives, there are a few things immediately spring to mind. The first thing is the massive variety of bets. Now, this isn’t going to be a problem for everybody. But if you aren’t necessarily familiar with football betting, you might find Football Betting Expert quite overwhelming. With that said, with time, you should find that you get used to this.
There is also the matter of the staking plan. Now, I don’t think that this is particularly excessive, especially compared to some that I have looked at before now. But there is no getting around the fact that historically, on some days, you would have been staking nearly a third of your betting bank with 30 points over 6 bets. Some days have staked more than this.
That is a massive amount, and whilst you clearly won’t be at this kind of extreme every day, it would be remiss of me not to point that potential out. Now, if those bets come in, then bully for you. But if they don’t, that is a huge amount to lose in just one day.
Now, with all of that out of the way, I want to talk about what I think is the biggest strength when it comes to Football Betting Expert. This is the consistency with which Yasheel has generated his profits. With the last month as an exception (which saw a loss of some 16 points), there has been a remarkably consistent growth to previous months.
On top of this, I think that ultimately, this is a well put together service. It is clear to me from looking at the proofing from Betting Gods that there is definitely something to Football Betting Expert. I admit that the selection process isn’t particularly detailed, which is somewhat disappointing, but there is a decent amount of consistency not just to the profits, but the wider results.
The final thing that I wish to discuss is the value for money that is on offer here. Betting Gods are always pretty fair in their pricing, and this is no different. At £30 per month, this is priced at the bottom end of what I would consider to be “average” in price. That means that in my opinion there is definitely some value for money to be had here.
So, with all of this in mind, if you are able to get on board with the different betting types and stick with the staking, Football Betting Expert isn’t a bad option at all. There have been some strong profits historically according to Betting Gods, and if Yasheel can continue to deliver in a similar vein, you will be laughing.
Personally, I would probably look to give this a few months before I decided to commit, just to see if that losing month is a one off or the beginning of a new trend. I do however acknowledge that I am sometimes a little prudent when it comes to how I choose to invest when it comes to betting.
