Inplay Football Bot is a new to market piece of sports betting trading software from Steve Davidson. It has been designed to allow you to trade on football in play, and is seemingly quite profitable.
Introduction to Inplay Football Bot
One of the things that I always find interesting when I talk to people who are making money through betting is how they always want more. What that “more” is does of course vary massively from person to person, but there are certain logical conclusions in my opinion. One of these is automation. The idea of having a bot that you can simply turn on, and have it bet or trade for you automatically definitely has a lot of appeal. It’s basically as close to free money as you can get.
The problem that I always find with bots is that… well, they’re usually a bit garbage. Ultimately, a betting bot is only as successful as the strategy that you plug into it. This can have massive unintended consequences when something stops working and your bot continues to trade without seeing that change. Inplay Football Bot is one of the first services that I have seen that can potentially help with a workaround here. Which isn’t surprising, because Steve Davidson is involved.
Where to find:
Not everything that he puts out is necessarily a winner in my book. I want to be clear about that. But Inplay Football Bot has some really interesting potential. Something that is mostly down to a very simple factor that the software includes, that I don’t think I’ve seen used by another bot before. I’m not saying that Steve Davidson is reinventing the wheel here. I can imagine that he isn’t the first, but it is the first time I’m seeing the idea. And it is one that is actually quite exciting to me. So, let’s jump in and see if it is worthwhile.
What Does Inplay Football Bot Offer?
Steve Davidson is well known in the betting world for putting out betting software, and if you asked me exactly what Inplay Football Bot is… well, there’s your short answer. It’s a piece of betting software. And it is one that in many respects, does what it sets out to do with a hell of a lot of efficiency. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is flawless.
As well as the software itself, Inplay Football Bot is loaded with a few different strategies that you can use “out of the box”. These have been developed by Steve Davidson and his team and, as you’d expect given the name, all utilise in play trading. As I will touch on later, this does mean that it excludes some people from utilising the method.
Something that seems worth mentioning (especially as it seems incredibly obvious to me) is that you do require a Betfair exchange account. Inplay Football Bot links with the API there in order to execute bets and trades for you. Furthermore, you do need to be in a country that allows in play betting (a point that I hadn’t thought of being a problem until I knew otherwise).
So, what exactly is the software like? Well, for those who are familiar with Steve Davidson and what he puts out. Inplay Football Bot is a very typical example of it. For those who aren’t familiar, I think that if I’m generous, I would say it is a very clear case of function over form. Whilst the bot does absolutely everything that it says on the tin, it is hardly intuitive.
Fortunately, Steve Davidson seems to be at least somewhat aware of this. Also included when you sign up for Inplay Football Bot is a very comprehensive manual. This looks at how the software works, how to get it set up, and the strategies that you should be using. As well as that, there are also videos provided that show you how to use the software. So, whilst it isn’t the best in terms of user friendliness, you’re hardly on your own.
With that out of the way, let’s look at the capabilities of the software. This is really quite impressive. Steve Davidson says that Inplay Football Bot will allow you to bet on ten different football betting markets. These include all the major goals markets, match odds and double chance, as well as a few other result markets.
This is all pretty par for the course though. As, if I’m really honest, is the amount of customisation you can carry out in terms of the settings. Understand that I’m not being critical of Inplay Football Bot here. Steve Davidson is simply providing features that most bots will have, and those that don’t… well, they’re just not great.
These allow you to look at things like how much you want to bet, what odds you want to bet at, what bet it is that you’re actually placing. And then there are also the additional features that come with Inplay Football Bot. The things that really do make it unique. These are the part that I really want to draw focus on.
You see, one of the things that Inplay Football Bot does is it pulls through live information on football games. This means things like the current scores in a game and how far into the game you are (to the minute). In turn, you can then utilise strategies that are based on more than just the market movements on Betfair.
Effectively, Inplay Football Bot allows you to set the software up to bet automatically if, for example, a game is at nil-nil come half time. That is something that I don’t think I’ve ever seen from a bot, despite being a very important variable. Because factors like how long is left in the game and the score have a huge impact on likely outcomes.
It is worth noting that Steve Davidson hasn’t just set Inplay Football Bot up to cover the basics either. There are a huge number of leagues that it covers ranging from well known top flight to top tier Thai football. This means that you aren’t just able to take advantage of a huge volume of betting, but you can even tailor it to your own knowledge and levels of comfort.
How Does Inplay Football Bot Work?
Ultimately, Inplay Football Bot is just a bot. They are designed to make trades for you based on parameters that you have set up. Where this excels in my mind is the sheer number of factors that you can include. As you might expect, Steve Davidson allows you to cover all of the typical bases. Things like odds, pricing, etc. But I cannot stress enough how important the ability to get the bot to act based off things like time and goals is.
The end goal with this is to start figuring out and creating your own betting systems that can then be automated. Honestly, I feel like Inplay Football Bot does a better job than most at letting you do this. The inclusion of tangible and constants. Things that actually matter to a game opens so many more doors than just market movement. And in many respects, that is about it in terms of how it all works.
It is of course worth noting that included are a few different strategies that you can use out of the box. Steve Davidson is however keen for people not to stick to using these same strategies exclusively due to the effects that it can have on the market. Whilst much of the testing for Inplay Football Bot has been done to smaller stakes, lots of people using more money has the potential to massively affect market liquidity.
In many respects, that is that, when it comes to Inplay Football Bot. The thing with talking about how something like this works is that ultimately, it is a tool. It is only as good as the person who is wielding it. Something that applies doubly so if you are starting to develop your own systems for use with the bot. This isn’t a criticism of what Steve Davidson is trying to do mind, but this is the kind of product that I think really requires transparency.
What is the Initial Investment?
If you want to purchase a license for Inplay Football Bot there are two options available. The first of these is a 6 month license for which Steve Davidson is asking £99.97. A reoccurring payment I should hasten to add. There is a discount at the time of writing which means you can get this for £79.97, however this is an “early bird special” and only open to a certain number of users.
Should you want a longer license, you can sign up for a full year. Steve Davidson typically asks £149.97 for this, however, as with the 6 month subscription there is an early bird offer on. This brings the price down to £129.97. What is interesting to note about buying Inplay Football Bot in this way is that the cost is a one time payment.
As is the case with all products that are sold through Winningmore, Steve Davidson doesn’t offer any sort of money back guarantee or refund policy on Inplay Football Bot. The argument remains that you are purchasing a digital product that has no tangible physical form. As such, there is nothing to return. This means that if you are considering this, you should be prepared for that.
What is the Rate of Return?
Talking about how much you can potentially earn with Inplay Football Bot is a difficult thing. As is the case with a lot of products that Steve Davidson puts out, there isn’t necessarily a definitive answer. We are told that in trials, the 3 strategies included with the software have seen returns of some 494 points across 2 weeks. This does however mean running that 24/7. Something that isn’t going to be for everybody.
Realistically, I think that what you get out of Inplay Football Bot is all dependent on how much you are willing to put in. Whilst this has made money for Steve Davidson in trials, it isn’t a direct money making product. It is simply a tool to make generating that profit easier. So, depending on how much you’re trading, how often, etc. your milage is going to vary massively.
Conclusion for Inplay Football Bot
Something that I have really come to understand when it comes to Steve Davidson is this. His products generally do what they say on the tin. Probably not all that surprisingly, Inplay Football Bot is no different. The real question that comes into play is more about whether or not this is something that will fit with what you want to do with your betting.
Make no mistake about it, as a bot that is designed to bet exclusively on football, Inplay Football Bot is pretty good. I’m just not certain how many people will really find much use out of it. Especially at the cost. I know there’s a lot of contradiction going on here, so allow me to explain exactly what I mean.
The first thing to acknowledge is that there are a lot of betting bots on the market. What Inplay Football Bot does differently is allow you to factor in time and goals scored so that you can leverage in play betting. If that feature is of limited use to you, then this is a no go really. Because most things that this does can be done elsewhere for less money, and with broader options.
Then let’s talk about the strategies. They’re solid enough, and I can see what Steve Davidson has set out to do. They should work for you. This is of course somewhat demonstrated when you look at the results for Inplay Football Bot. Almost 500 points in 2 weeks is something truly special. But then that also comes with its own conditions.
In order to make the most out of Inplay Football Bot, you have to leave the bot on and running, all the time. Steve Davidson does this through a virtual server and uses stakes of just 10p. That is what the results are based off. In theory, it should all scale well enough if you are betting more money, but there are no guarantees. Small fluctuations can become very big. Especially if you’re stretching your betting bank, which, betting like this will.
On top of that, there still remains that risk of something going wrong. Setting a bot up to bet is great. But it doesn’t really know when to stop. Sure, Steve Davidson has built in some failsafe’s with Inplay Football Bot. You can stop at a certain profit or loss for example. But if you’re using this for a truly passive and hands off income, it can be easily missed too. I haven’t talked too much about this side of things, but this is a bot that can have 20 trades open at any given time.
Finally, whilst those strategies all look good, you’re doing the same thing as everybody else who owns Inplay Football Bot. That is exactly why Steve Davidson pushes for you to use and develop your own systems. As well as giving back to the wider community, it means that liquidity remains. Eventually, the edge that the software gives may erode, at least somewhat.
Look, I’m not trying to disparage Inplay Football Bot. In the right hands, I think that this can be a very powerful tool. I just don’t think that there are that many people that have those “right hands”. On top of all of that, it isn’t even like this is particularly cheap. I don’t think that Steve Davidson is asking a prohibitive amount, but for such a niche product, there is limited value.
With that in mind, I am going to say that for most people, I don’t necessarily think that I would look to recommend this. For a small handful though, Inplay Football Bot may well be a product that you didn’t necessarily know that you needed.
