Local Facebook Hero is a guide by Brenda Trott to getting local businesses to pay you for Facebook training and running Facebook marketing campaigns for them.
What does the product offer?
Local Facebook Hero is a tutorial that teaches you how to approach local businesses and sell them different Facebook marketing opportunities. Brenda Trott offers these come in two different formats. The first is training on how to use Facebook to market successfully which offers the chance for one off high ticket sales. The second option Local Facebook Hero gives you is to operate marketing campaigns over a period of time therefore earning repeat income.
How does the product work?
Local Facebook Hero looks to be more of an overview than a definite step by step instruction and it is also rather reliant on there being local businesses who have no presence no substantial Facebook presence. Although Brenda Trott makes out that this is a simple process that anybody can do (and hypothetically, they can) I am not so convinced.
What is the initial investment?
Local Facebook Hero is very well priced at just $9 for full access. Local Facebook Hero also comes with a 30 day free trial although this isn’t stated on the marketing page.
What is the rate of return?
Brenda Trott claims that by applying what she teaches in Local Facebook Hero, you can expect to make as much as $500 per hour although I find this claim highly dubious.
There are a lot of factors to Local Facebook Hero that I find very off putting. Firstly is the notion that you could ever charge a business $500 for a training course on Facebook marketing. The brunt of my issues though lies mainly in the fact that I don’t see how anybody would pay for this service. I cannot imagine many businesses now who aren’t already plugged into Facebook somehow or another, and frankly, anybody who is savvy enough to get a business up and running can run a marketing campaign.
Perhaps Local Facebook Hero would have had a place in the early days of Facebook but nowadays I am not convinced there is really a market for the services that you would be offering.
