Pyjama Profits Review Streetwise Publications

Pyjama Profits is a new product from Jim Hunt and Streetwise Pubications that claims to show users a consistently profitable trading method that requires very little work.

What does the product offer?

This newest Forex trading product from Streetwise Publications is claimed by Jim Hunt to be the only one that you need to start making profits. In fact, the headlines on the sales page refer to it as “cheating” and that “stock market virgins” can use it to generate a profit. In terms of what is included, Pyjama Profits actually comes over a number of DVDs in which Jim Hunt talks you through his Pyjama Profits method as well a number of additional printed items including a cheat sheet.

Jim Hunt and Streetwise Publications strongly suggest that mastering Pyjama Profits is a 5 step process which involves watching the trading, going to a website to set up your computer, contact Jim Hunt with any questions, follow the cheat sheet and finally go to sleep and make profits “right away”.

Not surprisingly given that it is from Streetwise Publications there aren’t any numbers or evidence to back up the claims made about Pyjama Profits. Also included as a bonus are live monthly seminars in which you can watch “over the shoulder” of Jim Hunt as he trades.

How does the product work?

The whole idea behind Pyjama Profits is that the stock market actually makes gains between when it closes and when it opens. Something that Jim Hunt refers to as “big moves have taken shape overnight”. Whilst this almost makes Pyjama Profits sound like magic, the reality is simply that stocks will open based on movements in the American and Asian markets. This means that they can also fall as much as they can gain.

The rest of Pyjama Profits is a pretty straight forward spread betting strategy.

What is the initial investment?

As it is sold by Streetwise Publications it is perhaps not at all surprising to hear that it isn’t cheap. In fact, they are asking £297 for the whole package which is rather on the steep side. You are also expected to pay Jim Hunt 10% of your profits once you have made over £100,000. Pyjama Profits does come with a 30 day money back guarantee should you find that you aren’t happy with the product.

What is the rate of return?

Not surprisingly, the numbers for Pyjama Profits are a bit all over the place in terms of how much you can earn from £219 per night to £3,683 each month. I am however highly sceptical of these figures.

Conclusion

The last product that Jim Hunt put out was a rather hit and miss affair with applicable trades not appearing half as often as claimed and when they did, there was a rather large risk factor. Unfortunately, I can’t help but feel that Pyjama Profits will fall into a similar vein.

The fact is that whilst Pyjama Profits does a very good job of predicting how companies will perform overnight, there simply isn’t much of a way to know how the other markets will respond.

With this in mind, I don’t believe that Pyjama Profits is necessarily something that is worth considering at almost £300.
