Race Inspector Review

Race Inspector is a horse racing betting service that claims to be able to help users to identify low risk betting opportunities on the Betfair betting exchange.

What does the product offer?

Race Inspector is something of an interesting proposition in horse racing betting in so much as it seems to genuinely provide something a little bit different to the norm. Race Inspector is a piece of software that is based around specialist ratings to help you to identify very specific betting opportunities. As touched upon, Race Inspector does require a Betfair account and this is down to the fact that the betting method involved is in race betting. As well as the software itself Race Inspector comes with a specific staking plan that will allegedly allow you to maximise profit whilst minimising risk. Unfortunately there is no proofing provide, nor are there any real examples of betting either.

How does the product work?

The sales material for Race Inspector is actually quite concise on how the system works. At the centre of Race Inspector is something called COGMIR which stands for chance of getting matched in running. This statistic is based on a number of specific factors which are claimed to be exclusive to Race Inspector. Once the software has identified the horses with the highest COGMIR rating you back the horses and then place lay bets that are designed to drop in price in play.

This isn’t anything new and as Race Inspector point out the system does share similarities with Dobbing systems, primarily taking out the part about choosing which horse to back.

What is the initial investment?

You don’t purchase Race Inspector so much as a license on the software which is available on a 30 day, 60 day and 90 day license as well as a lifetime offering. These sell for £11.99, £19.99, £27.99 and £79 respectively with all transactions being handled via PayPal. There is unfortunately no mention of any money back guarantee being in place for Race Inspector and so I wouldn’t be reliant on this.

It is worth noting however that Race Inspector does come with a 3 day free trial.

What is the rate of return?

There isn’t actually too much said about how much you can expect to earn through Race Inspector. This is namely due to the fact that as Race Inspector is based around trading results may vary hugely. Typically however it is claimed that by following Race Inspector you can expect to make 25%-35% of your bet in each race.

Conclusion

Realistically Race Inspector is a very mixed bag. I can see the angle that they have gone for with the software and it is frankly something that has genuine potential to win. The big question that I have relates really to the consistency and longevity of the software. The fact is that Race Inspector is fairly priced and the idea is one that works well on paper. Unfortunately in my experience with dobbing opportunities are not always as clear cut as made out to be and it can be time consuming.

With that in mind, Race Inspector will likely suit some users much better than others.

As I use Dobbing methods already and have a feel for the markets I think this software will be a a great aid if it picks the right horses that will match in the bet Its one back bet and TW0 lay bets so you really need to be at your computer though BetAngel can be used I read.

I have Bf BOt Manager and Angel Pro but I will for at least 2 weeks have hands on. I live on Betfair and AngelBet Pro I have not got my head around it fully yet.

Two months since I wrote the above and still using Racing Inspector with good results.Though the web site was down for some days which is no good to me as I trade daily. The problem has been fixed now. I personly think handicap races 8 to 12 runners give more consistant results.Odds 4 to 8.
