Renegade Racing Review

Renegade Racing is a horse racing tipster service from a tipster referred to only as David and Bet Kudos that specialises in betting to a simple level staking plan.

What does the product offer?

According to the sales copy for Renegade Racing it allows users to enjoy “magnificent profits” from one point level stake betting. This is something that in many regards Betfan need as far too many of their products involve large staking plans that aren’t feasible for most bettors. As a service Renegade Racing isn’t really any different from the rest of But Kudos’ offerings except in in one key area. This is that David’s betting methods are incredibly high volume with almost every day producing over 10 selections, all of which are win bets. The odds that you are looking at are also generally rather long with few examples being less than 5.0 odds which can mean long losing streaks and a rather pitiful looking strike rate which stands at 13.17% (however this doesn’t paint the full picture).

How does the product work?

Unfortunately David doesn’t really provide any real insight into what his selection process for Renegade Racing is. He mentions that he has been a pro bettor for a long time as well as stating that he has been beating the bookies through a “massive commitment” but there isn’t really anything else said about this. What does help to somewhat negate this is the fact that David has come through the ranks of Tipster Planet, Betfan’s in house tipster trialling service.

What is the initial investment?

Bet Kudos are offering Renegade Racing on a monthly (28 day) and quarterly (90 day) subscription. These are offered at discounted rates of £33 and £66 respectively (at the time of writing) before going up to £44 and £88. Unfortunately there is no real money back guarantee in place as Betfan state that they do not generally offer refunds however they will look at requests.

What is the rate of return?

Since it went live towards the end of June, Renegade Racing has gone on to make a total profit of 132.92 points based on best odds guaranteed. This isn’t without its problems however as the service did go 44 points into the red in August. Interestingly the profits don’t change if you bet to Betfair SP although I would chalk this up to an error with Bet Kudos.

Conclusion

There are some pretty strong pros and cons to Renegade Racing and these need to be really weighed up before deciding if it suits you. The fact that it uses level staking is somewhat offset by the sheer number of bets you will be expected to place each day.

Furthermore, the wait between bets coming in can be rather substantial. That having been said, when Renegade Racing wins, it wins big with a 5 day period producing an outstanding 85 point profit. Personally I see Renegade Racing as something of a gamble and for this I think the price is far too high however I can see how this kind of service would suit some users.
