The Betting Prophet Review

The Betting Prophet is a horse racing tipster service from Peter Miles that claims to be able to identify selections that will allegedly make a guaranteed profit.

What does the product offer?

Peter Miles claims to be a professional bettor who has become a self made millionaire through betting on horse races. With The Betting Prophet he is offering the general public to share in his alleged success. The service is claimed to offer daily selections (interestingly there are 3 months that have less selections than days) with testimonials claiming that The Betting Prophet has “incredible tipping accuracy”. Unfortunately there is however no proofing whatsoever for The Betting Prophet outside of a table of alleged results published by Peter Miles.

How does The Betting Prophet work?

The Betting Prophet is based on a system that Peter Miles claims was sent to him by an old school friend on Facebook (one Bradley Willis for the curious) who had moved to Australia and was living the dream. The man behind The Betting Prophet has allegedly been betting successfully since leaving school at 16 before getting in touch with Peter Miles. This system is a now a top secret that takes advantage of a way to “beat the odds” and will not surprisingly “remain a secret forever”. This is rather concerning for me for a number of reasons that I shall explore below.

What is the initial investment?

Access to The Betting Prophet is set at just £20 (plus VAT) which allows you a lifetime of selections to Peter Miles’ selections. Furthermore The Betting Prophet comes with a 60 day money back guarantee as it is sold through Clickbank.

What is the rate of return?

According to Peter Miles the selections that he is sharing through The Betting Prophet have made him almost £150,000 with an additional almost £350,000 in his betting bank through William Hill. Despite these frankly staggering figures, in the last 12 months The Betting Prophet has made just 227.71 points of profit. Whilst this is still ultimately profit one would imagine that there is a lot of compounding must go on to have made almost half a million pounds through horse racing.

Conclusion on The Betting Prophet

There are two different ways of selling betting related products that I personally find hugely irritating. One of these is the same method that The Betting Prophet employs which I refer to as the sob story. This often features a copywriters attempt to appeal to your sense of care by telling you how the product creator was in debt and broke and going nowhere and then out of the blue discovered a way of making money that they’re now sharing. This is designed to pull you in.

The fact is that if you look at The Betting Prophet objectively there is absolutely no evidence at all to suggest that the system works as advertised outsider of a rather crude template and some sketchy looking screenshots. This is a red flag that a service is rarely good and whilst researching The Betting Prophet, there is plenty of anecdotal evidence backing this up including tips not being sent out. Personally I would recommend avoiding, despite the low price and money back guarantee.
