The Time Lord Review Betfan

The Time Lord is a new horse racing tipster service from Barry Harrington and the Betfan group that aims to provide users with professional and profitable selections.

What does the product offer?

As always with Betfan, the headlines for The Time Lord are definitely eye grabbing. “Struggling to make your betting pay? That Ends NOW!!!”. Definitely a solid marketing strategy but is it one that Barry Harrington can actually deliver on. In terms of the service, The Time Lord is pretty straight forward as far as tipster services go with selections being made available.

What does immediately jump out at you with The Time Lord is the volume of selections however.

This is a service that has advised in excess of 10 selections in a single day. The bets themselves are a combination of win and each way bets (although the latter are generally a rare occurrence) which follow a level staking plan of one point per bet.

The odds themselves are massively varied and this is something that is reflected in the strike rate which currently stands at 32.03%.

How does the product work?

Barry Harrington is refreshingly open in terms of what his selection process entails. Whilst he doesn’t go into too much detail he does state that he believes that the time it takes for a horse to finish the race is key.

This means that all selections are predominantly built around speed ratings. This is combined with a claimed 34 years of experience betting on horse racing to ultimately to identify patterns which allow The Time Lord to ultimately operate as a profitable service.

What is the initial investment?

There are various options available if you wish to receive Barry Harrington’s selections. The first method is that you can pay for The Time Lord on a one time basis, which will cost you £32 for 21 days of access.

There is also a monthly subscription (28 days) which costs £36 whilst the quarterly subscription (90 days) comes in at £72. At the time of writing, there is also the option to trial The Time Lord for 28 days at half price (£18) before going on to a monthly subscription.

What is the rate of return?

Since going live on April 1st, The Time Lord has generated a profit of 117.3 points. This represents a respectable enough ROI of 18.61%.

Conclusion

The Time Lord is a relatively interesting proposition and it is of note that there hasn’t been a losing month to date. There have however been months where The Time Lord has only just profited (and if you actually include your monthly subscription, lost out), but then this somewhat misses the point of The Time Lord.

There are plenty of value bets and when they come in, they come in strongly. One 5 day period saw The Time Lord turn a phenomenal profit of 55 points (which to 1 points stakes is immense) and there is nothing to suggest that Barry Harrington can’t do it again. This is a service that requires patience however.

With that in mind, if you can play the waiting game, then The Time Lord is a tipster service worth considering at the price.
