Tipster Street – Racing Gold Review

Racing Gold is a long standing horse racing tipster service offered through Tipster Street that uses a straight forward approach to provide a consistent service.

What does the product offer?

The marketing material for Racing Gold doesn’t really have a whole lot to say about the service which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In terms of what you can expect from Racing Gold, it is actually one of the easier to follow tipster services on the market. All selections are sent out via email, Monday through to Sunday and are typically sent between 9am and 11am.

The bets that are issued to subscribers are a combination of win and each way which means that you can get the bets accepted at any bookmaker.

The volume of bets that Racing Gold sends out isn’t usually too high with an average of 1-5 bets each day however when they are all each way bets the costs can stack up (with 10 points per day being bet).

Tipster Street use their own staking plan for Racing Gold which is based around a simple enough premise of 2 points on a win bet or 1 point each way. Since launching back in February 2013, Racing Gold has achieved and maintained an average strike rate of 35% which is a very respectable figure over this length of time.

How does the product work?

Unfortunately there isn’t very much information supplied by Tipster Street on what their selection process entails.

This is somewhat negated however by the fact that the service has been operational for so long and provides full proofing of their results. This allows you to get an ample feel for what to expect.

What is the initial investment?

Tipster Street are offering Racing Gold on 3 different offerings. These are a monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and a lifetime one.

These sell for £19.95, £39.95 and £159.95 respectively. If you opt for either the quarterly or monthly option you will also receive a one month trial for just £4.99. All payments are handled via Paypal directly which means that there is unfortunately no money back guarantee in place for Racing Gold.

What is the rate of return?

Since it launched almost 3 years ago Racing Gold has shown consistent growth making a profit that (at the time of writing) currently stands at 798.69 points.

This may not necessarily be a huge number but it does represent an ROI of around 10% which is pretty good to be earned over such a long length of time.

Conclusion

There is no denying that Racing Gold doesn’t exactly have headline grabbing numbers but in many respects, this is part of what saves it as a service for me. Tipster Street have obviously put a clear focus on generating a service that is consistent and this is what Racing Gold can demonstrably provide.

The icing on the cake for me is that it isn’t exactly expensive. Whilst I do think that you have to have a long term approach with Racing Gold, those who are looking for a genuine second income could do much worse.

I paid racing gold and never received my tips. I don’t know if this is a one off or they are (defamation removed)
