Trainer Whispers Review – Premium Sports Tipsters

Trainer Whispers is a new to market horse racing tipster service that is being offered through the Premium Sports Tipsters stable of tipsters. The selections themselves come courtesy of an unnamed tipster.

Introduction to Trainer Whispers

Something that I have always said when it comes to making a sustainable and long term income through betting is that very simply, it is about knowing more than the bookies. The thing is, that can take a huge and varied number of appearances. Some people will look at making their own ratings, there are more mathematically minded folk who will monitor betting markets, and then there is probably the one most people think of. Having a man on the inside, feeding you information.

For many, this latter option is seen as something of a holy grail of betting. It also happens to be how today’s review subject, Trainer Whispers operates (as the name suggests). This is a service that on its day, is arguably one of the more impressive services that I think I’ve looked at this year. There is simply no denying the fact that the team behind this are onto something good, and Premium Sports Tipsters very clearly know this. So, you’re looking at a massively impressive service. That’s that, right?

To some degree, yes. You could probably wrap this up if you were so inclined by simply deeming Trainer Whispers a good looking service. And I don’t necessarily think that you’d be wrong. But it is also doing a bit of a disservice to what Premium Sports Tipsters are doing here. Because this isn’t just a service that is impressive because of what it is. A big part of the appeal for me is also that this is one of the better managed services that I can recall looking at for some time. And it’s all provided at pretty reasonable costs. With all that said, let’s look at why I’m so impressed.

What Does Trainer Whispers Offer?

If I’m really really honest, most of what is on offer with Trainer Whispers is all relatively simple and straightforward. For those who know me, you will know that this isn’t a bad thing. In actual fact, I think given what Premium Sports Tipsters are doing here, it is quite the opposite. You see, this is a tipster service that thrives on information, but more importantly, passing that on to you as a punter.

As such, it is quite important that things aren’t overcomplicated. What you actually get is some good advice, some very thorough information, and a bit of insight into what the Trainer Whispers team believe will be the outcome. In theory, you could easily leverage this in its purest and most simple form (which I will talk about shortly), but you can also do as much with this as you want. And there is a lot of this that you can do.

Before I get into all that though, let’s talk about the core experience. As you’d expect from pretty much any modern tipster service, advice for Trainer Whispers is ultimately sent out via email. What you don’t get though is a simple list of a horse name and the race you’re backing them in. Instead, as Premium Sports Tipsters put it, they “provide a daily detailed list focusing on just one race card”.

The astute amongst you might have noticed one of the key elements of this, and that is the focus on a single race card. For those who may not be familiar with the concept, it means rather than trying to cover all races, the team behind Trainer Whispers will look at a single track with a view to working out potential winners there. Something that undoubtedly has its pros and cons.

These emails are sent out Monday through Saturday each week. And whilst there is a focus on a single race card, that doesn’t mean that Trainer Whispers will necessarily have information for every race. In actual fact, the evidence that Premium Sports Tipsters provide for the service suggests that this will often not be the case.

Honestly though, that is something that only strikes me as a positive. There is little that I find more frustrating than tipster services that simply bet on everything, seemingly for the sake of it. Instead, there is a very measured and structured approach from Premium Sports Tipsters, and that is a big part of what I believe will make Trainer Whispers a profitable service in the long term.

So, let’s talk about what content is included with these emails. Effectively, there are horses that are advised as a NAP, as well as a “Next Best”.  These are your two best options and in theory, you could simply back these if you wanted to keep Trainer Whispers as simple as possible. The truth is though that there are often more potential runners than that. Premium Sports Tipsters show that a pretty typical looking day can produce as many as eight.

Something worth noting is that the advice may not always be to simply back a horse that is a NAP or Next Best. Premium Sports Tipsters actually say that they will also provide advice on when it may be pertinent to lay a favourite. This isn’t something that I see done very often, but I do believe that Trainer Whispers has the potential to deliver on this.

One of the most impressive elements of Trainer Whispers though is something that I feel goes at least a little bit unsaid by Premium Sports Tipsters. That is the kinds of odds that you can end up getting. Whilst there are undoubtedly some big odds horses in play, it is recommended that you try to take advantage of early pricing and BOG. Of course, I would personally recommend using an odds comparison site where possible. Simply to boost the numbers as much as possible.

In many ways, I feel like that roughly covers what is on offer with Trainer Whispers, but it also feels like a drastic undersell. Because ultimately, whilst you do get direct advice, this is also in some small part comparable to a tool for me. The insight that you get, whilst effective for simple backing, can be used to bring together multiple bets and also inform other betting opportunities.

How Does Trainer Whispers Work?

If you want to be very crude about what Trainer Whispers entails, you don’t really have to look much further than the name of the service. This is something that is based around leveraging inside information from various yards around the UK. Premium Sports Tipsters then go on to say that they combine that insider information with their own knowledge to provide you with “a detailed list”.

How the insider information all comes together is quite interesting though. We are told that they collate notes from stables up and down the UK and that the information receives comes “directly from a list of high end sources we have acquainted over the years”. This is the sort of thing that I usually take with a pinch of salt, but some of the information that Trainer Whispers puts out sounds very believable. Furthermore, I have little doubt that Premium Sports Tipsters do vet this process.

All of this leads to a write up that advises you on some of the better looking horses in those races. This is a massive part of this is the way that Premium Sports Tipsters operate the service. Because it is truly incredible and definitely on par with what I would consider to be the “Gold Standard” when it comes to tipster services. The insight provided with Trainer Whispers isn’t perhaps quite as detailed as some services that I’ve looked at historically. But it is perfectly cromulent and gives you a decent amount of insight into why you are betting on a horse.

When you combine it all, it makes it very easy to not only understand what you should be betting on, but why. That is information that should probably be pretty standard in this industry, but it really isn’t. But it does lead me to quite an important point about how Trainer Whispers “works”. You see, ultimately whilst this information is hugely beneficial, it is also in no small part a tool that you use how you see fit.

What is the Initial Investment?

Premium Sports Tipsters have multiple options available if you want to subscribe to Trainer Whispers, each of which vary quite substantially in terms of the value for money that is there to be had, as well as the outlay. The cheapest option is a monthly subscription which is priced at £39.97. You can however get your first month half price (at the time of writing) meaning it will cost you just £19.97 to get started.

Next there is a quarterly plan. This is significantly reduced on the monthly costs with Trainer Whispers being priced at £79.97 every 3 months (about £27 per month). As with the monthly subscription, Premium Sports Tipsters are also offering your first quarter for half price. This means paying out just £39.97 for 3 months of tips.

The best value in the long run is to sign up for Trainer Whispers on a 6 month plan. This will set you back £87 and has no introductory offers. It does however mean that you’re paying the equivalent of just £14.50 per month though.

As always with services from Premium Sports Tipsters, something that is worth keeping in mind is that there isn’t any money back guarantee or anything for Trainer Whispers. As such, you should probably make sure that you’re committed to this long term before spending your money on the longer options.

What is the Rate of Return?

Now we come to arguably the most difficult part of this review. Talking about how much money you can make. Because it really does depend. I’m not just referencing your personal stakes or anything either. It all comes back to that option about how you choose to utilise the advice from Trainer Whispers. In theory, I believe that simply backing the NAP and Next Best should bag you a somewhat modest profit in the long term.

But there are other options with Trainer Whispers too. Whilst Premium Sports Tipsters don’t actually recommend it, I can see at least some potential in backing each way accas here. The fact is that not every horse is going to win, but if the advice is half as strong as suggested, you will probably see a decent number of horses placing.

The short answer though is that there isn’t anything concrete. Trainer Whispers isn’t the kind of service where you can definitively say that to BOG it has made a profit of 300 points this year. That makes weighing it up on a personal level quite a difficult thing and choosing this a very personal choice.

Conclusion for Trainer Whispers

Sometimes there is a clear answer in terms of whether or not I would recommend a service. Other times, the waters are much more muddied. A good service can not produce enough profit, and on the other side of that, a hugely profitable service simply might not be a prudent investment for most people. Then there are things like Trainer Whispers.

You see, in many ways, this is a tipster service. Premium Sports Tipsters are advising you of bets on the daily. They talk about which horses may or may not win. This is exactly what tipsters do. And yet Trainer Whispers isn’t quite a tipster service either. Nor is it the kind of thing where you have autonomy over your betting, and so we end up in a weird limbo.

A few times in this article, I have referred to Trainer Whispers as a tool. Personally, I think that this is a perfect description of what you are getting here. Ultimately, this helps you to make your betting easier. It’s just only on a single race rather than looking at any wider or underlying system. And in this regard, I think that Premium Sports Tipsters are onto a winner.

Make no mistake about it, if you know what you are doing, I genuinely believe that this will help to improve your betting. The quality of information is quite clear to see and ultimately, it warrants the costs that are involved. Would I necessarily call it value for money? Sort of. Again, it comes back to that question of what you can make of the advice that Premium Sports Tipsters provide. If you can use it in the right way, Trainer Whispers is fantastic value. If not… well… that speaks for itself.

Which brings me to the question of whether or not I would necessarily recommend Trainer Whispers? The unfortunate truth is that I don’t think that I would. Not because it is a bad product or that it doesn’t serve a purpose. Far from it. I just think that it’s a bit of a niche thing that for most people won’t be a “must have” addition to their betting.

Here’s the thing. What you’re getting is a bit of a write up. Some advice. And that is only for one card. If you’re inexperienced, you can spend a lot of money betting the wrong way and ultimately lose out here. Like I said earlier, for an experienced bettor, there is more here. But if you’re already at that level, I’m not certain how one race card is really adding much.

Again, this isn’t a bad product. And I am sure that there is a market out there for what Premium Sports Tipsters are doing with Trainer Whispers. But in my opinion, I’m just not certain that it is the kinds of people that I write these reviews for.
