Vid Curator FX is a new product from Ben Murray that the creator says will allow you to quickly develop your own videos that you can use for marketing purposes.
What does Vid Curator FX offer?
Vid Curator FX is a piece of software that has been designed to automatically curate content from the web based around a keyword. Vid Curator FX then goes to sites like Instagram, Google Images and Vine where it takes images and video content that is relevant to your keyword, and compiles it automatically into a video for you.
On top of this, Ben Murray says that these will all come with the proper rights for you to use them in your own videos. You aren’t restricted however to simply using what Vid Curator FX gives you, there are also a host of different options that allow you to insert your own content that you have chosen.
What is interesting about Vid Curator FX is that it comes with the ability to create multiple videos from one term, all of which can then be uploaded to YouTube and other video sharing sites, something that Ben Murray says is crucial to “dominating” a niche.
How does Vid Curator FX work?
The idea behind Vid Curator FX is that by putting out a high volume of content, you will eventually receive returns on it somewhere along the line. This unfortunately brings to mind the saying that if you throw enough at the wall, eventually something will stick. Ben Murray claims to have had over 171,000 views on his videos which are in “high value” niches. From here you can use the successful videos to lead people to sales pages or even make money off ads etc.
What is the initial investment?
At the time of writing there are two options for Vid Curator FX. The first of these is a single user license which allows you to install the software on just 1 computer. This is being sold for a one time cost of $45.95. Alternatively, you can purchase a multi user license for just $49.95 which allows you to install the software on unlimited computers.
Both of these options supposedly come with a 30 day money back guarantee however as Vid Curator FX is sold through JVZoo, you will have to deal with the vendor to claim this.
What is the rate of return?
Ben Murray says that solely through using videos created with Vid Curator FX, he has been able to turn a rather significant profit in excess of $3,000 in just 28 days. I am not convinced by the evidence for this however.
Conclusion on Vid Curator FX
It is rather worrying when the Facebook comments that a developer has on their product site does nothing but trash the product for being incompetent, buggy and “unable to create one video, let alone hundreds”. Given that Vid Curator FX is all about producing volume content, this simply isn’t good enough.
If I am honest, I wasn’t sold on the premise of Vid Curator FX and having seen it in action, it is clear that it just doesn’t do what it is supposed to. This is a pretty big problem at any cost but to ask almost $50 for a license as well is just adding insult to injury.
