Winning Selections Review

Winning Selections is a new horse racing tipster service from Dan Johnson that he claims will be able to provide users with good quality tips

What does the product offer?

The sales material for Winning Selections has Dan Johnson seemingly claiming quick and easy profits through his tipster service, so much so that in just 3 months you too can start betting successfully, allegedly. This sounds great and choosing to get involved with using Winning Selections is seemingly a cinch however not everything that the copy puts forward is the same as the reality. In terms of what you can expect from Winning Selections, it is almost as though Dan Johnson has set out to produce an entirely middle of the road service. For example, Dan Johnson says that using Winning Selections will produce 1-5 selections, 6 days a week which are sent out via email at 9am GMT.

All bets are win bets for flat and hurdle races across the UK and follow a simple level 1 points staking system. The average strike rate for Winning Selections currently stands at 29.2% however it is worth pointing out that there is full proofing provided for 2015 as well.

How does the product work?

Unfortunately, there is a lack of information on what the selection process is that Dan Johnson uses. He talks at length about how long he has been betting and makes the seemingly obligatory point of how he’s spent every waking moment learning everything there is to know. There is also a rather vague reference to checking “conditions, form, odds etc.” but nothing that I would call substantial or particularly insightful.

What is the initial investment?

At the time of writing Dan Johnson is offering Winning Selections at a reduced rate of £19.99 which is a one off payment. He does however say that this price is due to go up in the immediate future. Surprisingly for a tipster service, Winning Selections does come with a 60 day money back guarantee should you find that you aren’t happy with the product which is also backed up by Clickbank.

What is the rate of return?

By the tipsters own admission, the income for Winning Selections isn’t necessarily mind blowing with 2015 making a profit of £3,301.99 to £10 stakes (a points profit of 330) however a significant chunk of this was allegedly made following some adjustments that resulted in 200 points in the last 3 months.

Conclusion

On paper there isn’t a lot about Winning Selections not to like. The service is inexpensive, seemingly profitable and relatively low maintenance in so much as you aren’t having to place silly numbers of bets in order to make your money. That having been said there is something about Winning Selections that just doesn’t quite sit right with me. Namely there are a number of little details like clearly photo shopped “evidence” and the lack of details on the selection process.

That having been said there is minimal risk in using Winning Selections what with the money back guarantee. On balance, this is a tipster service that is probably worth a try at the price it is.
