Sports Bet Paradise is a sports betting tipster service from the Betfan group that provides subscribers with tips for a variety of different sports.
What does the product offer?
Sports Bet Paradise is a relatively long standing tipster service that claims to offer its subscribers “the very best sporting bets”. The service provides subscribers with near daily selections from a number of different sporting disciplines.
There are however 4 main ones which are football, horse racing, rugby and darts.
The bets that you will be placing are as varied as the sports they cover with straight win bets to guessing scores in various sports. Volume wise, Sports Bet Paradise can produce a lot of bets on certain days, namely the weekends when multiple sporting events are played out.
In terms of the numbers, Sports Bet Paradise follows the usual Betfan staking plan of 5 points per bet which I always consider to be risky. In terms of a strike rate, there is rather unfortunately not one published however as I will look at in the results, this isn’t entirely necessary.
How does the product work?
The sales material for Sports Bet Paradise is surprisingly pretty clear about what the selection process for the service entails.
Betfan state that the team behind the service has a number of contacts including “professional gamblers, industry insiders and ex bookmakers”.
Furthermore, Sports Bet Paradise as a service is claimed to be headed up by a team of “the UK’s best gamblers”. This to me suggests that much of the information that is sent out through Sports Bet Paradise has come through this network of contacts.
What is the initial investment?
Betfan offer two options if you want to sign up to Sports Bet Paradise which are a monthly subscription at a cost of £49 or alternatively you can get a quarterly subscription for £98.
At the time of writing there is also an option to trial the service for 14 days at a cost of just £2. As with all Betfan related products there is no real money back guarantee in place with the team saying that they do not typically offer this, however they do also say that they will review requests.
What is the rate of return?
Since launching in January 2015, Sports Bet Paradise is actually up 378.86 points which doesn’t sound too bad until you look at the results proper.
Since September of that year, Sports Bet Paradise actually lost 100 points of profit and it is only produced a 25 point profit over the last 2 months.
Conclusion
The most recent spate of results say everything about Sports Bet Paradise that I think needs to be said.
Whilst the service may have gotten off to a strong start, five straight months of losses and minimal recovery on this over 2 months suggests that the service may have run its course.
Sports Bet Paradise may turn around its fortunes but personally I’d rather be involved with a tipster service that is making money now rather than one that may be in the future.
